The Sycamore Project provides consultation to Clergy, Religious Communities, Seminaries, Seminarians and lay leaders regarding, for example:

RISK MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS AND STRATEGIES

We provide assistance with protocol-development suited to your needs and circumstance.

For example, the development of Codes of Conduct for Seminarians, priests, or laity that help provide guidelines and principles for those in formation for ordained or lay ministry.

Other Codes of Conduct or Risk Management documents for use in Pastoral settings are available upon request. These may include:
- Volunteer Codes of Conduct

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

We provide education and training to seminarians, clergy, religious and lay leaders. Sessions are offered in varying lengths and structures: one to three hour classes, one-day courses, weekend seminars, one to several week periods, or training over a semester. Sessions may focus on a variety of topics, all of which can be tailored to your particular needs.
