Zacchaus in the Sycamore TreeOUR VALUES

The Sycamore Project aims to embody the highest ethics and values in serving its clientelle. To do so, we have adopted the following principles.

CONSULTING PRINCIPLES

  1. We aim to serve leaders by assisting in their personal, spiritual and professional development, and to empower them to call others forth in loving service.

  2. We appreciate that each situation, group, or organization is unique and requires a distinct approach for leadership training and development.

  3. We hope to provide leaders both with “tools” for their “toolboxes,” as well as to facilitate their abilities to be the leaders they are called to be.

  4. We appreciate that personal and leadership development is a journey. We are very aware of the privilege it is to journey with leaders and with the people they service.
